• Silcox Hut is located 1 mile above Timberline Lodge at 7,000 feet.
• Please plan for an intimate, romantic love filled evening.
• The Hut accommodates 40 people, so the space will be cozy.
• Dress Code: Suit or Semi Formal. No jeans.
• There are 3 bathrooms and 1 shower.

• Please plan for winter driving conditions to Timberline Lodge.
• Transportation to the Hut will be in a Sno-Cat and it can be chilly!
• Sno-Cat pickup and drop-off is at Timberline Lodge.
• Guest departure to Silcox Hut is at 5:00pm
• Please be ready to go in the lobby at 4:30pm.
• If you miss the Sno-Cat - you miss our wedding!
• It's a 30 minute ride to and from the hut.
• Sno-Cat departure to Timberline will be 11:00pm and 12:00am

• We recommend booking your room at Timberline Lodge as soon as possible.

• This is an adults-only event. We hope this will allow you a much deserved night off to celebrate with us!

• For those that are drinking, we ask that you please book a room at Timberline Lodge to stay safe and off the roads.
• We will have an experienced photographer and videographer capturing our day so we kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony concludes.

For our friends staying with us at the hut:

• Lodging is Bunk Style.
• Please bring one small backpack with your overnight necessities.
• Bedding, Linens, Pillows, Extra Blankets provided.
• Please checkout of your Lodge Room Friday morning and bring your overnight bag with you to the hut. Space is tight so pack light.
• Fully catered breakfast Saturday morning provided .
• Sno-Cat to Timberline Lodge will depart Saturday morning at 10:00am.
